This article perfectly describes the fragmented inner world of MK Ultra mind controlled slaves.

Whatever "past" these tortured souls carry around are fake cover stories installed by their handlers to hide the atrocities they were forced to witness or commit under extreme duress.

Most of these slaves will pass away without ever knowing who they really were or where they came from. There is nothing more tragic or criminal than stealing a person's mind and free will.

That being said, it's horrifying to realize that most "normal" people are just as clueless about the past and willingly live their lives according to false narratives!

Francisco it seems all of your books are in Spanish only.

Do you have plans to have them translated?

are you faced with impediments to have your books translated?

The more one wakes up to "Everything" in the Public Domain Theatre, The harder it becomes to believe in anything. What's Left? ( John 8: 31-32 So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”)

Disappointed for you to say “so-called ‘mindfulness’” given the incredibly long history of chan and zen. Seems you have some more studying to do.

Mindfulness indeed seems to me like a new label for something old. So it seems we agree.

The term itself comes from the early 1800s and was a best-approximation translation of a Buddhist term. The practice has a very interesting history involving many schools of Buddhism. It gained traction as a term and practice in the West only much later but it is very old. It’s effects have been studied by scientists, notably Kabat-Zinn.

Agreed. It is very old. I said so in the article.

I also agree the great schools of introspection and study of the subjective experience of consciousness, and the methods for sustaining it, come from the East. I didn't make a special point of it because this is so well known I thought that would be obvious, and, frankly, I never thought omitting the point would produce a misunderstanding where I was misinterpreted as thinking that the study of the subjective experience of consciousness was a recent Western invention. Of course that comes from the East.

We agree.
