I believe there's a minor mistake: the Jibril agreement was done in May 1985 (for the release of 3 IDF soldiers), while the TWA 847 flight was kidnapped in June of the same year, so the former can't be the result of the latter.
It appears you are right. I corrected the piece. The 1,150 prisoners released from Israeli jails in the Jibril Agreement were in exchange for three Israeli persons who'd been kidnapped by the terrorists.
I got confused because the TWA flight was hijacked right after this, and prisoners were also released from Israeli jails in that context. Many thanks!
